Revenue Architects was retained to develop an enterprise global digital marketing strategy and plan. We brought together global marketing and brand teams to shape a 5-part digital marketing strategy. The goal was to develop and activate a strategy and plan incorporating global regional and brand priorities and a shared resource approach. We assessed capabilities against best practices for digital marketing within a regulatory framework. Initiatives included e-detailing, social media, enhanced web presence, content marketing and digital apps.
