After facilitating a Revenue Architecture Diagnostic to identify priority opportunities, we began a flexible retainer to help enhance Direction’s successful marketing and sales practices. We deployed a full-funnel technology stack for marketing automation and CRM and use this revenue platform to support campaign and program execution. We support strategic revenue priorities including account-based selling, sales enablement, sales coaching, and content for demand generation, sales, and customer execution including videos and pitch decks.
